Do you have a VIP group?
Yes we do! We often show all our up and coming designs in our group and you're more than welcome to show off all your gorgeous Ella Jewel Fabrics creations! Click here to join.
How can I pay you?
We currently accept Paypal, Afterpay and Debit/Credit Card
How much will shipping cost me?
Shipping is determined by how much fabric you order. Prices are as per the table below

Do you offer local pickup?
Unfortunately due to insurances, we can no longer offer this service.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Retail (in stock orders) will take 1-5 business days to ship. Pre Orders take 6/8 weeks to arrive from the last day of the Pre Order. It then takes roughly 1 week to be packed and shipped to you. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been packed and shipped. We use Australia Post to send our parcels.
Do you offer wholesale?
At this stage unfortunately we do not.
Can I return my purchase?
We do not accept returns for a change of mind nor do we cancel current orders. Please ensure care is taken when choosing your base as we do not offer refunds if the incorrect base has been chosen. If your fabric has a fault, please contact us via Facebook or email, with a photo of the fault, and we will either replace, or refund pending stock, or what we feel is best for customer satisfaction. We are aiming to keep you happy!
What if my fabric has a fault?
Due to the large volume of fabric that is sent out each time a Pre Order arrives, sometimes a fault can be missed. Please contact us via Facebook or email with a description and photo of the fault, including the Order Number (which will be in your original purchase email), for a faster response.
Can I add to my order/combine shipping?
At this stage, we do not combine any orders/shipping.
I am not in Australia, can I still order?
Unfortunately not at this stage. We will hopefully have international shipping soon.
